Hello good people! I’m a bit lost, I’ve never own a Samsung until I recently purchased an A21s specifically for a task that I need to be done for my mum until the end of the year(applying for UK settlement status which HO app requires a phone with NFC enabled). I bought this Samsung from a local mobile shop and the seller assured me that this phone was indeed NFC enabled. Turned out that it doesn’t and after a trip to the Oxford st Samsung store I was told that this phone is actually an Asian version and therefore no NFC. Plus I can’t even find the specific app in the google store from the Home Office that I need . I’m at a loss, the phone is redundant and I’m pretty sure the seller won’t accept a return. Is there perhaps a way to make this phone just as it’s European counterpart? Thanks 🙏
