No Facebook notification tone on the A71

I recently took out a new contract with a new provider (Sky mobile who use the O2 network). My issue is the phone doesn't seem to notify me of any Facebook notifications. All other notifications are working fine. I have also double checked settings against my previous contract phone ( which when in house still pulls in facebook & notification sound)

Can anyone help with this matter?

Hi @Ken60, can you go in to Settings > Apps > Facebook > Notifications, and ensure notifications are turned on here? Then go in to Settings > Notifications > Make sure Facebook is toggled on.

Your suggestion did not sort the issue, however through chatting on your Facebook messenger  we established that as the ringtone could not be found either on mobile or sd card that the ringtone was a fixed tone by Facebook itself.
