I placed an order online a couple of hours ago (for a Galaxy A52s 5G). The money did leave my account. However, I received no confirmation of this order.
The order number that showed up on screen right after the transaction is not recognised when I check the status of my order online here https://shop.samsung.com/uk/mypage/orders
That does not look normal at all.
