New update

After downloading the newest update on Tuesday for Samsung my galaxy a42 5g has started having problems, at first photos started deleting, however I got them back, but now apps sometimes don't show the keyboard and I have to go off and on the app, but the most noticeable problem is that whenever I go onto Instagram, if I do any action, like opening a chat or liking something it will freeze and crash. 

If anyone one has similar problems or has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated

Make sure you update all yours apps to the latest versions on the play store and galaxy store.

You could try clearing the apps cache your having issues with and or clear the phone's system cache files @JackPenfold 

i.e 

Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone.

@JackPenfold ,hi this may be related to App  Android system  webview.Go to Settings/Apps,search mentioned app, enter ,App details in store,version must be 89.0.4389.105.if yes,than  clear in Storage cache and Data.

This isn't working because they were already updated before the phones update, so there isn't an option to update the apps
