Hi all,

so I got my first Samsung yesterday. The A32 5G. Lovely phone except when I lock my screen, and the screen goes black, it doesn’t show any clock or notifications? The only way to tell if I’ve missed any messages etc is to press the side button. First world problem but it’s a pain at night trying to check the time!

ive seen/heard about the Always on display option on the Samsungs…even YouTubed it! But my phone doesn’t seem to have the option?

Is this normal? Or am I missing something? My software is fully up to date etc.

many thanks

As far as I'm aware, the A32 doesn't have an always on display. As it's an IPS LCD display, it would use up too much battery.
There are third party apps, but personally I have tried and not really that good. But again it would use up lots of battery power
