I would say either Pixel 6a or Samsung A54. Heres the benefits of each over the other.

Also something to note, the Samsung will receive OS updates up to Android 17/One UI 9.0 and security updates up until 2028 whilst the 6a will receive OS updates up to Android 15 and security updates until 2027. You can get the A54 for roughly £349 at the moment if you trade in any smartphone in any condition then you should also be able to claim £100 cashback to bring that down to £249. Just trade in a really cheap phone for best value. 6a is going for £287 on Amazon currently but possibly even cheaper elsewhere.

Depends on what you value I guess. If it's straight up photo quality then maybe the pixel. For an all rounder value phone, the A54.

@DAVESHADY  I think in terms of display, performance and overall experience I would go more for the A54. I've been using A53 for a year now. Its a good phone to go with. The features I like a lot. Plus it's guaranteed to get updates for 5 years. Supported until 2027
