New A13 5G no charger in box

Just bought a new Samsung A13 5G for my wife and when it arrived, surprise! NO way to charge it up. I love the quick setup instructions- shows a phone with connected to a usb-c cord and the other end of the cord has a 110v AC wall plug on it. Genius! Maybe I can cut one end of the useless usb-c cord off and wire on a 110v AC wall plug on the other end.  Need is the mother of invention. Thanks a lot Samsung. Should have bought the Motorola.

New phones don't come with chargers.
How many chargers do you have ?? From past purchases. I have to admit usb c is a new type of charger required.

@MikeS1111  samsung  has been phasing out providing chargers with a range of Devices under their sustainability policy, though also some commercial interest.
