My Smart Case isnt working.

Hello!

 

I recently bought new S View case for my phone, which is Galaxy A52, after using for some hours, it stopped working. Can anyone help with fixing it?

I tried some methods aka clearing cache for NFC, airplane mode, removing case and putting phone to charge.

I'd suggest a forum and Google Search as others have had similar experiences with cases on various models of phone's  @MrSundei 

One may have advice in that you haven't tried thus far.

Can you test the case on another phone that someone you know owns as a process of elimination.

And or remove it and delete any associated software [ if applicable ] and then refit the case and then see what happens..

You may need to contact rhe source of the seller of the case to ask for a replacement.

Well, I tried everything and noone at my family/friends doesn't have that phone.
