My fingerprint sensor is not working on my Samsung Galaxy a50s

A few days ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy A50s. Doesn't work when I go to set fingerprint. Just look at the contact customer service.

Hi Naimur,

Try removing your fingerprints and re set them back up.

Set them up as you naturally hold the phone and press your fingertips on each corner of the set up sensor and a few directly on the sensor. This helps when unlocking if you don't press exactly plum square on the sensor.

Set 2 same fingerprints to greatly improve how the phone accepts your scan.

I know this is simple, but I have found by taking a few minutes to wipe the screen also helps with the process and actually speeds things up
