I got a Galaxy A42 5G, I purchase mp3 off of Amazon, it shows that the music is downloaded but it does not appear on my SD card. I have to bring up my laptop, down load onto that, then sync files using that.
Never had any issues downloading from Amazon to my phone before.
Any help?
Thank you

Whilst music files should be located within the My Files app with Audio and Downloads being the most obvious as has indicated sometimes Amazon Files can be in other places. By default Amazon downloads seem to go to an Amazon Folder. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GUW62GZFBPEDU7B6 Check the settings in the Amazon Music app settings- Storage Location which should give you an idea or you can amend that. Sometimes files are also hidden, If you go to File Manager Menu Bar and click the 3 dots there may be an option for Hidden Files and if so you should be be able to locate the Folder. Thank you for your reply.
I checked and there is a amazonmp3 folder but that's empty. I have my Amazon download setting to download the mp3 music straight to my SD card. I used to have no issues with this but I'm now wondering from reading bad reviews about the Amazon music player app if the problem is on their end.
