Mobile asking for strange password (not mine)

My samsung a70 after an update is asking for a password with 4 characters and 1 letter and that's what it actually says once you inevitably put password you think it us till you realise it's been rejected but also the kind of password they are asking for four characters and 1 letter, does anyone know of this? Any help? Please. Chris

I also have a Galaxy A21s asking for this password. Has anyone had any solution for this issue?

Can't even make screenshot as the mobile only boots too password place and if wrong your not getting in got to be more than the 2 of us mines is, away to Samsung service n repair

Just got a message from Samsung support stating the data recovery is impossible.

Has anyone had any luck with this phantom password problem?
