Missing recycle bin

Missing the recycle bin in my files on my A21s device. I've click on the 3 dots and went into setting but there is no option to turn it on/off. I've updated the my file app but still can't find the option

To find your recycle bin kingtom open your Gallery app and look to the bottom where it says pictures albums and stories and then look to the right of these headings to see three horizontal lines.. Press the three horizontal lines which opens up a menu and you will see the recycle bin on the bottom row just to the left of the settings for the Gallery app.. YOU WILL HAVE TO ACTIVATE THE RECYCLE BIN IN THE SETTINGS FOR THE GALLERY APP TO ACTIVATE IT FIRST.. IT IS A TOGGLE ON OR OFF FEATURE.. 👍 👍
