Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to achieve what your wanting to do as the phone's core system chooses which mic to use for certain functions.
I don't think there is anything available in Developer Settings too.
I'm not aware of any apps that could be in the Playstore or Galaxy Store to achieve this too.
Hopefully I'm incorrect and you can find a workaround.
I appreciate your not wanting a Repair but it may be the resolution needed @phoneuser0983
Try sucking over the mic that's affected to see if that frees up any debris. Don't use pressurised air.
You could also double check by asking via the feedback section in your Samsung Members App.
