I use o2 , Vodafone and ee in the UK and mine has been fine so far.
Data speeds can also be affected by weather , mast issues and mast congestion.
I appreciate your having different experiences with different phones which has also be known to happen unfortunately.
One phone can seem to hold onto a connection better than others but then that can fluctuate.
I assume your phone is up to date regarding software.
You could try a reset on the network in Settings and or remove the sim and reinsert.
There is a diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section and a Samsung Service Centre can check out the phone.
