keyboard freezing

Hi All

When I'm using the keyboard if I insert an emoji the keyboard freezes, is this a glitch? I've only had the phone two weeks and it's really disappointing!!

what model is it? Try restarting the phone or go to the little keyboard below enter and click

I'm sorted now thanks, Samsung support sorted out the problem
