Jumping percentage when charging

I noticed my phone was on 30% when charging then it jumped to 32% skipping 31%, why does this happen, I'm guessing a software glitch or something? It was fast charging btw

I can say this was more glitch nothing serious. If battery doesn't charge or drain so fast then you have to start worrying.

Fast charging will make it jump up.
Get it on most phones really. It's only an indication of the battery level.
Once it get nearer to being fully charged, the fast charging will stop and slow down to a slower charge. Then you'll probably notice it going up in one digit increments
