@Maybaby: Further to the advice offered by @antikythera please try connecting the phone to another compatible charger, as this will help to determine if the issue lies with the charger or the phone/USB port itself. Also, while connected to a charger, try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds to see if you're able to power on the device in this manner. if it remains unresponsive after trying the above steps, please reach out to our Help Desk on 0333 000 0333, or via Facebook or Twitter, where an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange any necessary repairs.
