Vodafone UK will want to test the update before allowing Samsung to push it out @Wertas
Samsung can't help you with a branded phone and its software updates.
And Vodafone have this Firmware Statement.
If the update isn't in your phones software update section then perhaps try the Samsung Smartswitch software to check again.
If it isn't then its possibly not ready for your particular model of Samsung phone.
Periodically check your phones software update section is the best practice.
