Is 3 hours charge time

Fast charging?  I thought fast charging took about an hour, been charging slower since update months ago.

Used to say fast charging when symbol appears but I get nothing now just the percent of charge..

Hi @zimma71 Are you using a compatible Samsung charger, just check that there is no apparent issue with the charger.

can you check if there is any debris in the charger in case that is the issue.  if still no resolution idea  to charge in safe Mode and/or  wipe the cache partition:   

Safe Mode:   

1. Turn OFF the device
2. Now, turn it ON
3. Press and hold the Volume down key when you see the branding logo of Samsung

Now, you should see Safe mode written at the bottom left corner of the screen. If you phone charging in safe mode, it means some third-party app was the trouble maker.  

Note: To exit Safe mode, simply restart the device.

Wipe cache partition:

1. Turn off the device.
2.  Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key (plus Bixby Key if phone has one)  Should nit need to connect to computer In A series.
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Power key to restart the device
