Hello everybody

I recently broke my A50, the screen is totally black and the digital recognition seems to be dead while the two cameras seems to be intact

When I connect my phone on my laptop, or even my partner laptop with different cables: same result:  it doesn't appear in the This Pc section (Win10)

But when I plug in and out there is the usual sound Windows's users know.

And of course I checked if the drivers where uptaded and yes, all of them

I'm absolutely hopeless, I hoped to transfer my datas.

Thanks

@Cadnat: If you don't currently have access to the screen of you Galaxy A50 then sadly it won't be possible to create an external backup. Your registered Samsung account and Google account should automatically save some personal data such as contacts, calendar details and photos, so long as you had them set up to frequently sync with the phone.

In order to regain access to the phone and your data I recommend arranging for the phone to be inspected and repaired by an engineer, which you can book via the following link: https://www.samsungrepairs.com/pickup-service-repairs

Alternatively, reach out to our Support Teams via the link below, where an advisor will be able to assist you further.

Thanks

I'll probably have it repaired, eventually

But this is still weird how it doesn't appear on PC

Thanks to "findmysamsung" I know it is on. I know my PC recognizes the device but it remains invisible despite all the drivers being updated, I cannot even try to unlock it with facial recognition
