Incoming call volume

I've just purchased a new a52s 5g the phone seems really good but now I've found an issue with the volume, when someone calls me the phone rings at max volume then after 1 ring it goes completely silent as the call goes on ,this also happens if I get a call on WhatsApp help 😳 😕 😐

Hi. What is the volume like of on you tube or another streaming service on the phone. Also if you have a case on the phone have you tried removing just to make sure the case isn't the issue by touching/pressing the volume without you knowing
