In the usb-otg specs, usually the host whose control the bus, is the pc. If you connect your smartphone to a pc the host will be the pc, the device, your smartphone. Is this your scenario? Is it not? Why do you need exactly that is your smartphone, to control the bus? Isn't the same if the pc, controls the bus?
