So what gives? I have not as far as I remembered ever used the Samsung Members App on my A40. but suddenly I find I have been 'permanently banned' due to a 'Policy Violation' OMG!!!!.
I've done nothing! Not logged in on my A40 but obviously can on my PC as I would not be typing this.
Are people banned for NOT using an App? Not sure I ever will but it seems I have been banned from that option anyway! As it does not say what 'Policy Violation' I am supposed to have violated how are you supposed to correct it.
Suggestions?

-you may try reinstalling the app
-clear data (head to Setings → Apps → Members app → Storage → clear data)
-re enter your Samsung Account
-else, please file a report to Samsung Account Team

I deleted the Data and am pleased to confirm the banned message has now gone 😀 I did not have to re-enter my account details either.
