I have a samsung A10s thats stuck

I've had this phone for 3 years and now the wifi won't stay on when I turn it on. I copied all my files like my pictures, books and contacts to my laptop and did a reset but now the phone is stuck in a  state where I am unable to log back in to confirm my reset. I need some help.
I currently see
Choosea Wi-Fi network
To see available networks, turn on Wi-Fi

Turn on Wi-Fi
Skip

If I skip it only circles and fail and if I try to turn on wifi it does nothing.

Perform a Google Search if you haven't already tonsee if there is any existing resolutions available. I have but can't find something conclusive.

You may need to visit a Samsung Service Centre.

Can you not log in via mobile data to confirm the reset. That way at least you should be able to run the Members app and diagnose the wireless chip issues to give an error code to the Samsung support guys
