I can't play game

I've recently changed my phone to a Samsung A 41. Everything went smoothly with my transfer of my phone except one app.

I like to play Panda pop/jam city and now I have transferred my phone I cannot see the whole screen to play the game. It's to large for the screen so I can't see the whole game.

What I have tried is. Changing the display settings from auto to full screen and I have updated my app to the most recent one.

I have no idea what else I can try? 

Please help!

you usually can't transfer apps from one phone to another. the best option is to download it from the play store and start again.

it will work if you delete then download again..had same problem
