I have bought a Galaxy A51 on 29th December.  The deal included an offer of a Harman Kardon Citation One bluetooth speaker.  How do I claim this?

Make sure you go to the right site. Samsung ran a similar offer in November which obviously has closed now. I claimed mine successfully 2 days ago after purchasing an A71. I claimed from here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/galaxy-a-free-harman-kardon-speaker/ but there's also a form link on the Samsung Members app homepage.

Offer supposed to be for purchases made between 26th December and 12th January so why has Samsung stopped it?
