How do you fix a A20e

I have this thing that popped up on the screen today Use volume keys for media. This wont go away if anyone those how to 

fix this plz tell me asap is so annoying

please head to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume > Use Volume Keys For Media, and toggle this option off.

It hasn't worked it's still on my screen it doesn't let me press anything around it. If you know how to sort this out plz message me back thx

I tryed what you said it hasn't worked do you have a other solution many thanks

Try to turn this On again and Off after a phone restart. If this doesn't help, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the Volume Down button and don't release it yet.
2. While holding down the volume button, press and hold the Power key as well.
3. Keep both keys held down together for 15 seconds or until the Galaxy A20e logo shows on the screen.
