Hi, your video will need to be approved by a moderator before we can see it. Is it possible to take a screenshot of it instead?

Is it present on ALL screens? Is it a static phenomenon or animated? Unfortunately, your video is still forthcoming, so it is difficult to tell from just a photo. Could be screen damage, I suppose. When did you first notice it? Did you drop the phone around that time?

Hello @a05sTOs25

Please consider going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*# and this will bring up a number of tests to try which include colour test panels which may jolt the pixels , if indeed this is a pixel issue.  If they don't help then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thanks. Your video has now been approved and is able to be viewed. Unfortunately, it doesn't show the blue light as vividly as shown on the photos you posted. What I will say though is that it looks like a faint residual image of the screen wallpaper you're using. Remove the wallpaper entirely and just use a plain, single colour one (preferably black) and retest.

Its not the wallpaper. The line is still shown even when typing. If i send a screenshot the line doesnt show. I have to use a different device to send it to show.

I also forgot to mention...the photos you attached are showing the phone starting up and not shutting down as you originally suggested. Please be consistent in your replies. If the blue line doesn't appear in screenshots, then it likely is an issue with hardware. However, it's odd that it doesn't manifest itself on a white background. This really needs hands-on by someone else to confirm your findings. I'd pop into the nearest Samsung experience centre and get them to look at it.
