Hi hi! I had to make a new account just to ask this, my Samsung A11 has not been charging,I tried all methods likeholding down onto the power button, unplugging it then plugging it again, etc.
I don’t know what’s going on with my phone? If someone could help I’d really appreciate it!
Please try another cable and brick if you can as yours may have failed.
Also by using a torch take a look in the charging port to see if lint / debris has built up in there which maybe hindering the connection for charging.
Do use a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre for support but not just any local repair shop as work carried out by an unauthorised engineer can void your 2 year manufacturing warranty.
