Hi hi! I had to make a new account just to ask this, my Samsung A11 has not been charging,I tried all methods likeholding down onto the power button, unplugging it then plugging it again, etc.

I don’t know what’s going on with my phone? If someone could help I’d really appreciate it!

I would suggestion sending the phone to a samsung repair store OR take the phone to a local phone repair shop near you and hopefully, they can easily fix this issue 🙂. Hope this helps! 😊

Please try another cable and brick if you can as yours may have failed.

Also by using a torch take a look in the charging port to see if lint / debris has built up in there which maybe hindering the connection for charging.

Do use a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre for support but not just any local repair shop as work carried out by an unauthorised engineer can void your 2 year manufacturing warranty.
