Hi,
I have a galaxy A52s, but the issue I have is when I delete an app, the message at the bottom of the screen which says you have successfully deleted xxx app, doesn't disappear but stays on the screen.
This has been happening for quite a while, and I don't know how to stop this from keep happening as it is getting frustrating, annoying, no longer a joke etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thank you.

Factory reset maybe .. back up contacts and such but not apps .. reinstall apps again off playstore try to avoid galaxy store where possible. Don't download from untrusted or external sources.. those apps contain viruses trojans and other nasty malware. Use bit defender app from playstore best free anti virus anti malware out there at the moment

Hi @CumbrianKid27

I'm not sure if this will help but take a look at the following setting.

Time to take action.

I have mine set to default.

Pull down from the top of your phone and tap on the settings cog and then on the 🔎 and type in Time to take action

It's also found in your  >  Accessibility  > Advanced Settings.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
