Help needed moving to new phone

I've just moved from a Galaxy A3 to a Galaxy A40 but my usernames and passwords stored in Samsung Internet on the old phone haven't transferred to the new one. Any suggestions on how to move them across please?

Thanks AaronAJ. The thing is that I did a SmartSwitch data transfer but have now, several days later, discovered that the sign-in info stored under 'Internet settings' 'Personal browsing data' 'Usernames and passwords' has not been transferred. So far as I can see everything else has transferred, so how do I transfer this data specifically without transferring everything else again?

Personally I use Samsung Cloud for this @gaffer30fd 

Can you create such a back up in your previous phone and then use that in your new phone ?
