How do I get rid of xray changes

I'm not sure what exactly xray type vision is. I'm thinking your display may possibly have screen burn. Which there isn't anything you can do to fix. Apart from getting a new screen.

Have you been changing any visibility settings without knowing what you're doing?
If so go into phone settings and make sure these settings are turned off in Accessibility under visual enhancements.
