Firstly ..Why has Samsung made it difficult to email them about promotions?

I purchased a A51 phone at Carphone warehouse on 5/9/20.

All good nice phone etc...Shame about the charger wire length..And Bixby needs some work on.

The salesman kept telling me during his sales pitch that I could claim a free pair of headphones of I could claim.

The offer ran out 2/9/20

So nothing to claim as I missed it 3 days later even though when I joined the members site told me to claim my free headphones of which I can't.

Still 2020 has been a weird year.

But...Merry Christmas to all and peace!!@

its a nightmare I tried to claim the earbuds with my preorder and apparently my receipt from my network provider isn't enough proof of my preorder they keep telling me it dosent have the date of the preorder on it when it clearly does. hitting a blank wall.

I claimed my buds and got a message to say they would message me within 5 days. that was 17 days ago. No idea how to chase it.

That seems a bit poor for you...I don't know why they make it so difficult to get answers to any questions regarding this...I hope you get this sorted very soon.

There doesn't seem to be any way of contacting them about promotion offers.

Speak to Samsung on 0333 000 0333. I'm sure they will help if they can. I found them very helpful.
