I have a Samsung Galaxy A6+ and I have an issue with my headphone jack. When I plug in any headphones the sound is only coming from the left headphone and the microphone is not working on the headphones.

Using a torch can you check inside the Jack to see if any debris is inside @Cincitis

Also as a process of elimination can you try your headphones in another phone and another set in your phone.

Ok then it could be the debris inside the headphone Jack port.

I wouldn't recommend to go digging about in there as you could cause further damage and issues.

Don't use pressurised air as blasting it could sent dust further up into the phone and under the display.

Can you get to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung service Centre for assistance   @Cincitis
