I'm past day 45 and I still haven't recieved the speaker as promised from Samsung for purchasing the A51. The clam has been validated so I am a bit disappointed.
Hopefully they dispatch it soon, I am still waiting on it
I'm still waiting on mine its only been 36 days since my claim was put in though hopefully get it soon I think the Christmas period has something to do with the delay to.
55 days later and I am still waiting. I have emailed Samsung promotional support and they have escalated it to the appropriate department. it's been another week since then and I have heard nothing. I wonder what I can do now
I have been waiting 62 days ...they made me verify mine twice even tho I could show the verification had passed 1st time ...then they apologised for doing so and launched an investigation as to why it happened...still waiting to hear
