harmon kardon speaker

Hi, anyone had difficulty claiming this speaker. 

I'm on 3 network with a galaxy a71. 

I keep getting the message to upload my invoice.

All I have is a delivery note but it has all the info they have requested.

You should be able to get a proof of purchase from the 3 network which is what Samsung may want as per the criteria and T&C's of the offer @albrow

thanks for replying.
I have an a71 on three. I bought it on the 23rd Dec. Threes advert says qualifying purchases bought 23rd onwards. samsungs advertising says 26th onwards.
Samsung say I don't qualify for speaker. Three say I do. Anyone come across this??

Buy a Galaxy A42 5G, A51, A51 5G or A71 from a participating retailer between 26.12.20 - 12.01.21

to sort, have the unit returned and order a new one before 12.01.21 😎
