Do you experience the situation after installing the update?
Could you attach a video feedback, referring to the situation?
If you are accessing the Community from a web browser, you can attach a photo by selecting the appropriate button in the text editor, after hitting “Reply.”
If you write from Samsung Members, on the other hand, you can select the picture from the Gallery by using the + button located to the left of the typing field.
While waiting for your response, I suggest that you perform a reset of the general settings, like this:
This operation will bring the phone back to its defaults, but it will not result in any loss of saved data or configurations of installed apps: it will therefore only intervene at the level of system settings such as ringtone, wallpaper, etc.
This operation is very useful and will remove any software interference.
