Firstly, I would try clearing the app's cache. Go to Settings > Apps > the app it is happening on > Storage > Clear cache.
If this continues, submit feedback via Samsung Members > Support > Feedback.

THE SOLUTION is to go into the main app folder (not the Secure Folder) and uninstall the app. You will be left with only one copy of the app in the Secure Folder"
