I use the search by People feature in the gallery app. Usually, the new photos appear almost immediately and are automatically tagged by face, so they appear correctly in search. But for some reason now, none of the images after a specific date are getting included in the search. For example, none of my photos after the 9th of the march are coming under my name search. The images are present in the gallery app but just are not getting auto-tagged based on the people present in the image. I have cleared the data, uninstalled updates, force-stopped the app, restarted the phone, and re-scanned media using some apps on the play store. None of these has worked. This started happening after the recent software update. Does anyone else face this issue?
