galaxy buds

I've just acquired a galaxy A41 via sky

Was informed as soon as everythings up and running to join Samsung members and claim my free air buds.

But 

I cannot seem to find out where and who I have to contact about this.

I was told by sky that it was air buds not headphones

plus I've attempted 3 times to apply for the headphones and cannot get connected.

in my eyes I'm being scammed,,if have been better off getting an iphone11

Have you spoken with Sky about this @Phantom309 and if so what have they said.

If not I'd suggest to do so.

I appreciate your frustrated over the free item but may I assume that your happy with the phone  ?

If not then check with Sky about any relevant cooling off period.

yes I've spoken to sky, sky have said that that I should be eligible for the airbeds as I'm with in the time frame as it was pointed out to me when I was upgrading my phone with sky i was told" with the A41 you get free head phones and by joining Samsung members you are entitled to a pair of ear buds when everythings set up" ive done everything I was informed to do and so far I'm getting blocked at every application,

the phone so far is brilliant but the service and pass the buck attitude isn't.

I've always preferred huwaii over samsung and apple my reasons for a change is the 5G issue with Google. but I can see me returning to huwaii or xiaomii.

those are two companies that give you what one is entitled to as part of their deals.
