Galaxy A71 (SM-A715F)

HI,

I have samsung galaxy A71 (SM-A715F) uk version sim free phone model. My phone is still running on android 10 UI 2.1.  Last security patch installed on 1st June 2020. After this i have not received any update.

I keep checking  software update every day but it keep saying my software is up to date.  

Anyone experiencing same problem? Or something wrong with my phone?

I have the same problem but my phone can't reply or contact by phone,I wish I never update it.

Hi, please go into settings, about phone, software version and confirm your baseband version and software
Provider software version.

Hi, it looks like you have a Bulgarian country code so you will need to change this to BTU See CSC or HOME CSC? Which File You Should Flash in Odin - Technastic

and try change csc on Samsung without root method.

I have changed csc code to BTU  without flashing the phone. But still no any update.

Hmm that's odd. Have you got a PC you can use to try Smart Switch?
The next thing otherwise is a reset.

Thanks. I tried in smarts witch in pc to update it. But still no update. So far I did factory reset (twice) in last two weeks. But no update. I have just contacted Samsung for software update. They checked in their system using my EMEI NUMBER. They said I am getting update to android 12 in June or July month. Aman

I was wondering if a reset after csc change may trigger things.
