Galaxy a71 security patch update

Since October my galaxy a71 phone asks me to update the new security patch, however everytime I try to perform this update it fails after reaching 26% and says that it can't update the firmware. Does anybody else have the same problem and how can this be resolved?

Also if your trying to update on mobile data then try Wi-Fi and visa versa.
