Solved: Galaxy a70 update

So my phone just had a software update but now apparently the volume down and power key no longer take a screenshot when pressed at the same time, and I cant find anywhere on the phone of what I should press to take a screenshot now. Does anyone know?

Other users have reported the same issue. It seems you have to press the Vol. Down+Power keys very quickly now for it to work.

Can you try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @Hal2

As a last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.

Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > configure the "Power and Volume down keys"
