Galaxy A70 turning off when phone speaker is used

When the phone outputs sound it comolitly shuts off, sometimes just the screen turns off, we gave the phone to sumsung several time but they didn't solve the problem. Anyone femiliar with this problem and can help?

have you tried to run the phone in Safe Mode to see if this is being caused by a third party app? You can find all the steps to do this HERE.

Yes, i tried to run the phone in safe mode, it didn't help same problem, in addition we formated the phone several times, didn't help

Is the same happening whilst the phone is performing in this mode? What did our engineers state during the examinations?

Yes same problem. when we took the phone to samsung they said they did an "update" and it should fix it, it didn't.
