Galaxy A70 mobile data problem

After the 3.1 android 11 update I started to have a problem never had before

I have 2 sims, both obviously have mobile data connection. If I turn on the device with both sims enabled, the mobile data connection on default sim1 does not work, it works only if i manually switch from the tile the mobile data from sim2: if I try to change back to sim1, I have no data

Same thing if I restart the phone.

I discovered that turning on the phone with ONLY sim1 active, and enabling sim2 after the boot, make all work like before and I have the data from sim1

Any advice on that? Someone else is using 2 sims and facing the same issue?
