I just got this mobile phone, but there are settings missing in the VPN configuration. When selecting 'IKEv2/IPSec PSK' the option for Username and Password is missing. My previous phone A71 had these and the company vpn was working. Without these settings i can't connect to our company vpn.

Have you found any help related to PPTP. I checked a S21 with android 12, it do have older settings.  Even A52s also have these vpn types.

No Sorry, stil waiting for Samsung to fix this problem! With every update i check it 😅if it is fixed.
