Galaxy A53 5G Bluetooth connection issuse

I have bluetooth issues with connecting with my cochlear implant, when I put music on, it works alright for 1 - 2 minute and then it start crackling and deterring the singer. There no point in restarting, airplane mode, switch off Wi-Fi or anything else as I tried every possible scenario, the phone is brand new and only had it for 72 hours.  What is the cause to an expert opinion?

Try disconnecting and clear all connections. Turn off any othere bluetooth devices. Then try re connecting. It should work clearly. If not check bluetooth compatibility! Phone to cochlear. Hope that helps.
