Galaxy A52 Samsung buds offer

I have just had an upgrade and partly chose the A52 as I liked my A70 before and because you could claim a free pair of Samsung ear buds. Does anyone know how to do this please?

If you go to the Samsung Members app on your A52 there is a section/posting where you can enter your claim form. Hope this helps.

I claimed some last night, the offer was valid until 27 April it said. I got caught out with a free watch with my daughters upgrade. Lots of emails and phone calls later we did eventually get a watch.

I have a massive issue where I purchased a phone on the 25th of April, Vodafone have messed up a few times resulting in order having to be cancelled and reapplied, The latest is my phones not in stock so i can't put in an imei number, what can i do?
