Galaxy A51 System Update hangs at 79%

Hello.  I have a new Samsung Galaxy A51  

After transferring data from my old phone, I was prompted to download a system update.  THe download went fine and then I pressed INSTALL NOW.  Unfortunately, it seems to have hung at 79%.  

I am seeing the blue screen with the whirling wheel inside a robot guy for at least three hours now

Any help or advice on what to do would be really appreciated

Plug the charger in so it doesn't run out of battery, it may also boost the app optimisation speed. That's what usually takes place from around 75% onwards with Android updates
